 As a one-time solution for the project “32804 Brush Watson - Detroit, MI”, approval was granted for on-site assembly of widenings for positions B1, B1.1, B14, and B25. Widenings will be fully prepared by Intus, while sealant between frame and widening will be provided by PBO. CANCELLED on 9/25/2025

 As a one-time solution for the project P33407 Main Square West Apartments Ph 2 – Winona (W 5th St), the standard widening requirement for SUPERA sliding doors with an L-angle was waived. The solution applies to all SUPERA sliding doors in the project. To ensure proper fastening, the screw should be installed at an upward angle or the L-angle should be shimmed from underneath, as shown in the shop drawings.

 As a one-time solution for P12665 Barnett-Aden Apartments – Washington DC (10 Q St), SUPERA sliding doors were approved to be installed with an L-angle without the standard medium sill widening to maintain FHA compliance. Fastening shall be achieved either by installing screws at a 5° upward angle or by shimming the L-angle to a maximum protrusion of 25/64" (10.0 mm).
