 As a one-time solution for the project ‘25771 BHA Ruth Barkley Apartments (11 Buildings),’ it was approved that the AC unit installation filler will be white on the interior and Black Smooth on the exterior, and screws (AZF160000691) will be painted in RAL9005. Non-standard aluminum flanges 40x25x2 will be used instead of AZW305000020, with PrefSuite codes AZP000000729 (exterior) and AZP000000730 (interior), as detailed in the drawing ID-0000028-175.V1.

 As a one-time solution for the project '25309 Roslyn Apartments Rehab Project,' it was approved that the AC unit installation filler will be white on the interior and Black Smooth on the exterior. The exterior aluminum flange (AZW305000020) and screws (AZF160000691) will be painted in RAL9005. Updated: non-standard flange approved for two positions (ID-0000028-176).
