1. | As a one-time solution for the project ‘23596 Park Lane (Dallas, TX),’ add-on mullions around all windows where EZ-mullion is used on the interior side were approved, and cutting instruction ID-0000028-123 has been prepared. | OTS #18 | 11/26/2024 |
2. | As a one-time solution for the project ‘26011 Azure 56 Unit,’ add-on profile around all window was approved, and the drawing ID-0000028-85 has been prepared. | 1/12/2024
3. | As a one-time solution for the project "23596 Park Lane (Dallas, TX)," add-on cutting rules ID-0000028-123.V1 have been updated to include the intersection of horizontal and vertical add-ons. | 2/6/2025
4. | As a one-time solution for the project "23596 Park Lane (Dallas, TX)," add-on cutting rules ID-0000028-123.V2 have been updated to include positions at the head and sill, and at the head and sill for two types of corner mullions | 2/14/2025
5. | As a one-time solution for the project '27721 Lynn St Apts - 78E Lynn St,' it was allowed to not use the Add-on in Z4 and to use the Small Add-on in Z5. | 2/18/2025
6. | As a one-time solution for the project '23051 HUB Chauncey - West Lafayette', the Add-on mullion was revised with a +42 mm extension to align with the bottom of the 7299 laminated undersill. | 5/21/2025
7. | As a one-time solution for the project '22073 712 Seagaze Dr (712 Seagaze Dr)', an approval for factory pre-installed small Add-on has been granted. | 6/25/2025
8. | As a one-time solution for project ‘23203 301 W6th Street’, approval was given to cut the Add-on mullion reinforcement profile 3798 at a 45-degree angle for a production mock-up. Drawing ID-0000028-171 has been prepared with detailed rules for reinforcement length and cutting, while cap ends remain at 90 degrees with standard length rules. | 8/25/2025
9. | As a one-time solution for project ‘23203 301 W6th Street’, approval was given to cut the Add-on mullion reinforcement profiles 3798 and 27720 at a 45-degree angle for a main order. Drawing ID-0000028-171-1.V1 has been prepared with detailed rules for reinforcement length and cutting. Length formulas for polymer caps have been provided. 10. | As a one-time solution for the project P29592 Tempo by Hilton Tucson Uptown – Tucson (7401 N La Cholla Blvd), the use of pre-installed Add-on mullions has been approved. | 11/14/2025
11. | As a one-time solution for the project P18923 22 FULTON TOWER DX, the use of pre-installed Add-on mullions has been approved. | 5/18/2026
12. | As a one-time solution for P23203 301 W 6th Street, add-on mullion reinforcements were approved to be cut at a 45-degree angle using profiles 3798 and 2770 for CO#2. Reinforcement length calculations and production requirements are defined in drawing ID-0000028-171-2, while end caps remain unchanged and continue to follow the standard 90-degree cutting rules. UPDATE: As an update to the one-time solution for the project P23203 301 W 6th Street, position W2.3 L Z5 was transferred to the main order and will no longer be produced under the current order. Seventeen large steel-reinforced add-ons (1 13/16" × 3 9/32", reinforced with 80 × 40 × 4 steel (3798)) were approved to replace the small add-ons for the 17 W2.3 positions. The reinforcements are cut at 45°, while the corresponding 3240 end caps remain at the standard 90° cut. All other requirements from the previous one-time solution remain unchanged. | 7/9/2026 |
